This week we are starting 2 new services. On is our Swink Kids Care. It is, as of now, on Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri at 5:30pm with either a “drop in” fee or a monthly fee. The classes will need to be reserved in advance.
Also, we start our 24hour access for our members or anyone wanting to use our facilities. It too will have a small fee.
For both of these services, feel free to ask us more about it this week.

9:00 AMRAP with a partner, synchronized
-3 Hang Power Snatches, RX (75/55)
-3 Overhead Squats
-30 Double Unders
