Well, the first week of this year’s Open did no disappoint!

If anyone is needing to redo tomorrow, Monday, just remember you’ll need a judge to do so. Also, do not forget that scores are due by 7pm! Here’s to week 2!

Monday

“Quarter Gone Bad”

5 Rounds for total reps:

-0:15 Weighted Pullups, RX (50/35)

Tuesday

8:00 AMRAP

-10 Deadlifts, choose your own weight

-15 Lateral Bar Hops

-20 AbMat Situps

Every 2:00 for 5 sets:

-10 Supine bar rows

Wednesday

-10:00 run at an easy to moderate pace

10:00 for quality:

-3 Wallwalks

-0:10 Wall facing handtsand hold

-20 Walking Lunges

-10:00 run at moderate to hard pace

Thursday Open Gym

3 Rounds not For Time:

-100 Single Unders

-15 Toes 2 Rings

-12 Goblet Squats or Double KB Front Squats

-9 Band assisted inverse curl or glute ham raies

Every 3:30 for 7 sets:

Sets 1-2: 3 Front Squats

Sets 3-4: 2 Front Squats

Sets 5-7: 1 Front Squat

Friday
