Week of March 1st

Guys, we are in our 3rd month of 2021 ALREADY! Crazy...but that just means new opportunities for some training.


Also, not too often do you get a new month start on a Monday. How many times do people say "I'll start next month" or even "I'll start on Monday"....well now its BOTH!


I know in our household, we are buckling down on nutrition, tightening it up. Anyone curious how or want to tackle it with us, start cleaner eating with us?!


Monday

-6 DB/KB Deadlifts, 0:03 down 0:03 up

-6/6 Bulgarian Split Squats

Even Rounds:

-12 KB Swings, tough

-6 Bench Supported Weighted Hip Thrusts, 0:03 lower


Wednesday

V1 & V2

Every 2:00 for 7 Sets:

-5 Tempo Pushups, 0:03 lower, 0:01 hover above ground, 0:03 raise

-7/7 Jumping Lunges

-Max Calories on machine of choice


Thursday

V1 & V2

20:00 AMRAP:

-5/5 Single Arm DB/KB Thrusters

-10 Strict Hanging Leg Raises/T2B

-200m Run


Friday

V1

5 Rounds For Time:

-10 Deadlifts

-50 Double Unders

Rest 2:00 between rounds


V2

-15 KB Sumo Deadlifts, 0:02-0:03 lower each rep

-100 Single Unders
