First and foremost, we want to thank everyone for supporting us through the precautionary closing of the gym for a few days in an effort to avoid any spread of COVID-19. In case you missed it, check out our recent Instagram post to see details on why we closed, what all we are doing to be proactive and how you can help. Of course, if you have any questions about the current situation please let us know. We are here to answer all of your questions & discuss your concerns. We will be keeping all of you posted with any new information!


We know no one likes to miss a workout and it will be tough for all of us not starting our Monday at the gym. However, we've still got a great week ready to go for you! Monday's workout has been altered so that you can do it at home.


MONDAY

We have two options for today. If you have equipment at home, you may do choice 1. If not, no worries! Check out choice 2, the bodyweight option.


CHOICE 1

For Time:

-30 Dumbbell Deadlifts

-21 Handstand Push Ups OR Hand Release Push Ups

-25 Dumbbell Deadlifts

-15 Handstand Push Ups OR Hand Release Push Ups

-20 Dumbbell Deadlifts

-9 Handstand Push Ups OR Hand Release Push Ups


CHOICE 2

For time:

-60 Supermans on floor

-21 Handstand Push Ups OR Hand Release Push ups

-50 Alternating Single Leg Glute Bridges

-15 Handstand Push Ups OR Hand Release Push UPs

-:40 Superman Hold on the floor

-9 Handstand Push Ups OR Hand Release Push Ups


TUESDAY

5 Rounds For Rime

-400m Run

-15 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20") OR Burpee High Knee Jumps


WEDNESDAY

Every 3:00 for 21:00 (7 sets)

-3 Kneeling jump ups

-50-100m object push or carry (stroller, car push, any heavy object. Get creative!)


THURSDAY

4 Rounds For Time:

-800m Sprint

-5:00 Rest between sets


FRIDAY

*Currently planned to be in the gym. We will update this if the closure is extended!

For time:

-30 Thrusters (95lbs/65lbs)

-25 Pull-ups

-90 Double Unders

-20 Thrusters (115lbs/75lbs)

-25 Pull-Ups

-90 Double Unders

-10 Thrusters (135lbs/95lbs)

-25 Pull-ups

-90 Double Unders
