Also, this Saturday the 1st, we are headed to CrossFit 313 in Burleson to pay our respects to a member there who tragically lost her daughter. The event is a tribute workout starting at 9am. The event details are in the facebook group but if you cannot find it, ask a coach about it and they can get you the details.

Every 0:30 for 20 sets: -1 Power Snatch
5-4-3-5-4-3 -Deadlift, 1 set every 3:00, all sets above 80% of 3RM from 11-26-19
10 Rounds For Time: -200m Run -10 Toes 2 Bar -10/8 Calorie Bike or Row -10 DB Reverse Lunges
