We are doing a Nutrition Challenge starting next Monday. For those of you needing to get back on track, this would be a perfect step for you. Ask us about it at the gym, but it’s 6 weeks long, recipes and grocery lists, accountability group and a challenge app. This could be your start to a great 2019. Let’s get it!
