So far so good on the new schedule. Remember, Thurs there are no morning classes and it is Open Gym in the evening from 4-8pm!  This is a perfect time to make up a workout you missed, work on a skill that has been holding you back, do some lifts for strength or just simply come hang out! 

Swink Fundamentals -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

-Skill: Dumbbell Snatch

20:00 Max Calorie Row w/ Partner Partner #1 -10 Alt. Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch -20 Air Squats Partner #2 -Max Calorie Row

When partner #1 finishes 1 round of the 10 & 20, they switch without resetting the row machine, to get a max calorie row within 20:00

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

Tabata (8×20 on/10 off) -Power Cleans Rest 1:00 -Row Rest 1:00 -Burpees

Everyone can get a little handstand pushup action, just have to know how to modify!  Fanny doing just that….in her AWESOME shirt!
