This is our buddy Stacy from All or Nothing CrossFit practicing his rowing at our gym. When a friend asks for your help, you always lend a hand. In this case, its an athlete. We don’t ask questions, we don’t fight for territory over members, because we are a family. Something we are proud to say we have is a strong community….I know some other gyms cant say the same…
