Happy Hump Day everyone and the last day of the month is here. September is on it’s way and we sure do have some fun events coming up!

Remember, the CrossFit Team Series begins next Tuesday. There is still time to get a team together consisting of 2 guys and 2 girls. You will have to do the workouts together, so be sure you all can be at the gym at the same time. If you want a team and not sure who needs one as well, tomorrow we are putting names on the board for people looking for a team.
