Wednesday 8-21-13

We have seen a lot of great things this week, and its only Wednesday!  There are days (more like everyday) where we don’t get the chance to see everything happening at the gym, or be a part of all the conversations and get to hear all the encouragement. We wish we could. We just want everyone to know that you saying things to others in a encouraging and positive way is more helpful and inspiring than you may know. So don’t be bashful!! Also, here lately we have seen people picking up there weights or equipment as soon as they are done, but not everyone is done with the workout. Instead, we want you to wait on picking up and encourage the others who are not yet done with the workout. We totally understand if you have to leave because of timing, thats okay. Only if you dont have to rush out, please refrain from doing so, cause we are FAMILY!!

For Rounds & Time: 10:00 AMRAP -12 Abmat Situps -10 Thrusters (45/35) Then, immediately after -800m Run

Swink Performance For Rounds & Time: 10:00 AMRAP -6 Deficit Pushups -8 One Arm Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35) Then, immediately after -1 Mile Run
