How many of you have had this look, where you looked up at the rings and wondered how you’re going to get a Muscle Up, if ever get one?!  PRACTICE!  Some how there’s those few who make M.U. look so effortless and you wonder how that can be. PRACTICE!!  If you never set aside time to come practice these movements (or anything in life), then you will not obtain those things you want so badly.
