Happy June everyone. Here’s to a new month of fun ahead, starting with this weekend.

Skill: -Single Arm OHS

3 Rounds For Time: -12 Box Jumps (20/16) -5 Right Arm OHS -8 Box Jumps (24/20) -5 Left Arm OHS

Swink Performance -Strict HSPU Practice

Death By: -3-6 Strict HSPU (this shouldn’t be longer than say 12 min), use GAMES standard as well!

-3×6 Back Squats, tough, whatever feels ok today

Only a handful of these left and almost no sizes….this is a limited run, as well as the ones from here on out. We’re going to do small bathces, but more designs. Get em while they’re hott!!
