Skill: -Dumbbell Snatches

2×5:00 AMRAP, 2:00 rest 10-8-6-4-2 -Alternating Dumbbell Snatch -Double Unders

Core: 3×1:00 Hollow Rock Hold

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Strength: 2-2-2-2-2 -Power Clean and Jerk (Split), heavy as possible each set

5×1:30 on, :30 rest -250m/200m Row -Max Power Clean and Jerk (Split), 75% of above

Core: -3×1:00 Hollow Rock Hold
