Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength
Strength: 2-2-2-2-2 -Power Clean and Jerk (Split), heavy as possible each set
5×1:30 on, :30 rest -250m/200m Row -Max Power Clean and Jerk (Split), 75% of above
Core: -3×1:00 Hollow Rock Hold
