What a showing for Competition Tuesday! Something that was amazing to see was Sky (Schuyler) do her squats. Now, don’t get us wrong, we are proud of you all, but her squats weren’t the lowest the could be. But tonight, she showed us a squat that was amazingly low…girl dropped it low! Having said that, she told us it was because she had been practicing at home. This has led us to come up with a At Home Squat Challenge. The details of this will be ironed out over the next few days, but be ready. We all know the more practice you put into something, the better it gets.
