Test #5….mostly. We may be getting some bad weather tomorrow, later in the day mostly. If so, we will modify how we do the run portion, but will still do the workout.
Now, we had a great day at the gym talking to a lot of you about many things, but mainly about diet. It was like “Diet-Talk Tuesday” and we covered a lot about the topic.
One thing we want you all to know is that it’s not easy….at first. It’s a process, it’s a journey, small changes make big changes later and most of all, it takes time. Most of us did develop bad or any habit overnight, so it won’t take a week to even kick those habits. It takes time. Be patient, be focused and be prepared to make mistakes. The best part about the process is that you do learn about yourself, both physically and mentally.
Also, talk about your struggles, ask questions, reach out for help. There are more people in the gym either going through what you’re going through or has been there before. The best thing about doing the challenge as a gym, we hope, is that you all can support each other and are there for one another. Lean on each other and us, let’s get through it together!
