Swink Barbell went well! Remember, we will have this class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30-7:30pm. This is for all fitness levels. We are trying this for free for a bit, so come on out to try it!

We will also have a workout from Swink Barbell posted everyday during Open Gym from 4:30-5:30pm.
