Wednesday 3-4-15

Competition Tuesday was a burner! Congrats on everyone who took it on.

Now, today, a shorter workout is on, as an active recovery day, before we watch the reveal Thursday. Remember, we watch the reveal of 15.2 at 7pm here at the gym. Also, we have a Kipping workshop at 5:30pm on Thursday, just before watching the reveal. Be there!!!

Also, don’t forget to check in to the 5:30am and 6:30am classes by clicking here. Make sure to log your workout as well. This week, it is labeled under “Mixed Level”
