Alright everyone, 1 more day for the final open workout of 2017! We really want to try and have you all out this Friday night for the final workout and we are going to kick it all night. Bring food, bring drinks if you want them, come shop the things from Lululemon and let’s have a good time!

-3×12 Unbroken DB Thrusters, each set as tough as possible and as quick as possible, you choose the weight

3×1:00 AMRAP

-10, 20 or 30 Double Unders, you choose the rep scheme that challenges you

-Max Bar Facing Burpees with remaining time
