“A Good Ol’ Fashioned Sweat”

With a continuous running clock for 20:00, you will do one movement for a minute and move to the next movement the next minute.

Its a set of 5 movements, so you will cycle through the set 4 times -1) Squat Jumps -2) Pushups -3) Pikes -4) Thrusters (45/35) -5) Pullup hold*

*Ill explain tomorrow, but basically holding your chin over the bar for the minute.
