This weather is amazing! Having the doors open changes everyone’s mood and performance in the gym, it’s contagious. Let’s keep this steam rolling into today as we get after some different elements.

Also, we have 8 Buffalo Chicken Meatloafs at the gym for sale. It’s already made, just pop it in the oven to warm it up or slice it and put it in the microwave. Perfect for the busy lifestyle most of you all have.
