What an AWESOME day at the gym!  Everyone did such an amazing job on the squat cleans!  It’s very rewarding on our end to see everything come together, things we work so hard to perfect for you guys.  Needless to say, we’re proud of you all.

Swink Performance -Shoulder Mobility -Shoulder Strength

Skill: -Toes 2 Bar

For Time: 3-6-9-12-15-18-21 Reps of: -Toes to Bar -WallBalls *5 Burpees after each round!

Doing all sorts of mobility today…we know you all could feel these stretches!
