As we continue to work out some kinks at our new spot, some things are coming together! The cubbies with the bins in them are looking real nice.

Another reminder is we only have the sinks in the bathroom as a water source. Until we figure out a solution, please prepare in advance for drinking water. We do have bottles to purchase at the gym for $1.

Skill: -Squat Clean

10:00 AMRAP -4 Squat Cleans -8 Pushups -16 Double Unders

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Skill: -Squat Clean -Split Jerk

Strength: -Squat Clean, 1-1-1-1-1 -Jerk from the rack, 1-1-1-1-1

*because these are not 5×1 but instead are 5 singles, we want the heaviest weight per set as possible.
