Another topic we have to bring up from time to time is newbies. At some point we all were new to the gym. Some of you came from a friend referring you and some just came on your own. No matter what, your nerves were most likely high because you were about to try something new. The point we are getting to is now you all are comfortable being at the gym and don’t worry about the unknown. New people just starting do. Seeing as how some of you have been there for a while, know how things run, know our sarcasm, etc..we want you to be the “big brother/sister” of new people coming in. We will never be a gym with cliques, it will not happen! Say hi and introduce yourself to a stranger, say goodbye to people, encourage someone new while they workout. So, today, your goal is to not only have spinach at some point, but also to get to know someone new, we mean it!
