What a tough day both workouts were. When days or workouts are that tough, you have to reflect on it and be proud of yourself because of what you have accomplished, no matter how much weight you used or how many rounds you did or how long it took, it was all worth it in the end!

Ascending order for 20:00 of: -1 Box Jump (24/20) -1 Dumbbell Swing -1 Double Under -2 Box Jumps -2 Dumbbell Swings -2 Double Unders …then 3, 4, 5, so on so on.

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

Every 6 Minutes for 24:00 you must complete: -20 Toes 2 Bar -3 Bar Complex which consists of: •Deadlift •Hang Clean •Front Squat •Push Press With the remaining time of 6:00, Row for max calories. Score is total number of calories rowed.
