What a day it was in the gym! You all tackled a tough workout indeed and came out on the other side! Today we take a day away from the weights and get some cardio in. This means we will be running, so make sure to bring cold gear and running shoes! Also, Performance is doing one workout and Fundamentals another, but anyone can do either workout, so choose a class and come on in. See you all tomorrow.
