Now, as your trainers, we don’t sit in a room filled with torture devices and think up ways to hurt you all (in a “good” hurt type of way, not injury-hurt). We always try to vary workouts to where you are constantly challenged and are always progressing. We could do only strength or only cardio, but that is not the point. The point is to make you good at a lot of things, not great at one thing. That is why we have a surprise for you tomorrow, so make sure to come with your willingness to straight power-bomb this workout! Also, if you miss, you will make it up on the next day you come in, no questions.
