Wednesday 10-8-14

We need to let you all know that this Saturday we will not have class. We do apologize for this, but we want you to know we will post a workout for you to do at home and we want you all to post your times, we want to see how you do. Doesn’t matter the time of day you do it, just that you do it!

Now, we retest today, so everyone try to get there if you can. Also, if you miss out, you’re always more than welcome to come on Thursday during Open Gym and make up ANY workout you missed.

We did these workouts Sept. 15:

Swink Fundamentals Skill: Running and Squats

3 Rounds for reps: 3:00 on, 3:00 off -400m Run, for time -Max Rep Air Squats in remaining time, if any

Swink Performance -Shoulder Strength

Skill: Handstands, walking (5:00-7:00)

3 Rounds for reps 2:00 on, 2:00 off -Max Rep Clean and Jerks, same weight you used last time


OVERHEAD SQUATS WE’RE BRUTAL! Adrian (and all of you as well) doing so much better on overhead squats by the end of that workout. Nancy is no joke!
