Sorry about the ripped hands everyone! Before the next set of pullups, we can give some advice for protecting those hands by using athletic tape. So, if you don’t have some athletic tape, get some!
Also, Saturday the 18th from 11-12, right after our morning class, Dr. Joey Lowery and his Certified Recovery Specialist, Ashley, will be at the gym to focus on the shoulders. We will be going over how to be prehab, rehab, strengthen and stretch those bad boys. So, please, if you can be there, be there! We want to give him our time because he is giving us his!
