So glad we got a chance to run while the weather is nice. We know it’s been a while since the last time we ran, but we’ll get back to it, no worries. Proud of you all today on that workout!

Swink Performance -Hamstring and Hip Mobility

Skill/Strength: -Muscle Up work

7:00 Ladder 1-2-3-4….etc. reps of: -Muscle Ups -Box Jumps Immediately after time expires, you’ll get 2:00 to get as many Double Unders as possible
