Reminder payment is due!

Schedule for this week is normal hours Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday is normal class at 5:30am and we will have Open Gym Thursday night during classes, Friday morning and evening during class times,Saturday morning during class time and Monday morning during class. We will have workouts posted and feel free to show up at your normal class time and do it as if it were class. We will have a supervisor there to answer any questions about the warmup or the workout. This is because we are heading out on Thursday morning for our cruise. We will be back for Monday night classes.  If you have any questions about this, please ask us at the gym or text/call us.
