Tuesday 9-17-13

Remember, today we have added a 9:00am class and added all night classes instead of Open Gym. So, the schedule is: 5:30am 9:00am 5:30pm 6:30pm 7:30pm

Now onto another subject.  We strive to do the very best we can for all of you. That means our workouts we create, the time we spend explaining them, the time we spend modifying for you, the time we take to clean the gym and keep things nice for everyone, the time we take to think of new ways to challenge and help you as our members, are all ways we try our very best.  So please, do your best to show up on time, to stay out of the way of a class currently going on, to give nothing less than your best every workout, to not complain, to motivate others,  to meet new people, to not make excuses about anything or everything, to try as hard as we try to make yourself the best version you can be!  Now, get ready to get to work, no holding back!
