As we head into the week of school starting, please understand that having a plan for your day is very crucial. That goes for getting to the gym and getting your workout. Do all the tasks that need to get done and handle all that needs to be handled so that when the time comes to head out the door and get to classes, you have no excuse. A lot of you have made so much progress, it would be a shame to see it all go to waste due to poor planning. Get to it!
