Skill: -Toes 2 Bar/Knees 2 Elbows
There will be an option for our Performance crew and option for our Fundamentals crew within this workout.
3×4:00 Rounds with 2:00 rest Get as far as possible within the 4:00 -400m Run -10 Squat Cleans (Perf.)/ 20 WallBalls (Fund.) -20 Toes 2 Bar (Perf.)/ 20 Knees 2 Elbows (Fund.) -with remaining time, if any, max double unders
