Competition Tuesday -Shoulder Strength
The workout is this list of movements: -150m Run -15 Burpees -15 Deadlifts -150m Run -15 AbMat Situps, weighted -15 WallBalls -150m Run
You will have 2:00 to get as far as possible through the list. Rest 2:00 Then you will have 4:00 to get as far as possible through the list. Rest 2:00 Then you will have 6:00 to try and complete the list.
