Strength: -4×5 Deadlifts at a 21X2 pace (will explain!)
For Time: -50 Cal Row SPRINT! Rest 2:00 -30 Cal Row SPRINT! Rest 2:00 -10 Cal Row SPRINT!
Pullup Strength: 3 Sets of -Max Strict Pullups (use a band to get atleast 5 reps) -10-15 DB Curls
Swink Barbell Technique: -Hang Muscle Snatch, 3×3
High-Hang Snatch -6×1 @70%
Power Clean + Power Jerk -6×(1+1) @70%
Snatch Pull -1×3 @85%, 2×3 @90%, 1×3 @80%
