As we head into the week, remember and remind yourself of goals of yours. If you are unclear of where you are headed then you will often lose sight of what tasks need to get done to get there. Make goals, some that are obtainable quickly and some that take a long term commitment, its the only way to be the best version of yourself!

Swink Fundamentals Skill: Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (SDHP)

5 Rounds for time -10 Pullups -8 SDHP (95/65) -6 Box Jumps (24/20)

Swink Performance -Power Snatch + Squat Snatch (2+2); 1x @60%, 1x @65%, 2x @70% -Clean & Jerk @70% 5×2 -Deadlift @83% 5×3

7 Rounds for time -7 Ring Dips -7 Burpees


These posters are in our new room and they are mobility posters based on movements you may be doing. Be sure to check them out and put them to use!  Anyone is more than welcome to come in early and work on mobility before class begins!
