Tuesday 7-14-15

Man oh man, that retest and Sweat workout were tough. Congrats to everyone on that retest, getting stronger and being able to be stronger across a time frame, IS AWESOME!!!

Today is a lighter, slower workout to help not over work the body for Wednesday’s test. Also, today can be a make up day for you if you need to make up the Row test from last week. Just let a coach know once you get to the gym.

Make sure to stay hydrated, this week demands good hydration and the heat DOES NOT PLAY AROUND!

Pullup Strength: -Tabata Curls

Swink Barbell Back Squat -3×1 @95%

Snatch -1×2 @70%, 1×2 @75%, 1×1 @80%, 3×1 @85%

Clean & Jerk -1×(1+1) @70%, 1×(1+1) @75%, 1×(1+1) @80%, 1×(1+1) @85%

Clean Pull -1×2 @85%, 1×2 @90%, 1×2 @95%
