Pullup Strength: 3 Sets of -15 “A”s -15 DB Curls

Swink Barbell Technique: -Tall Snatch, 3×3

Snatch -1×3 @75%, 2×3 @80%, 2×2 @85%

Jerk -1×3 @75%, 2×3 @80%, 2×2 @85%

Back Squat -4×3 @85%
