Swink Fundamentals Skill: Pullups
5 Rounds for time: -10 Pullups -5 Burpees -10 Wall Balls -5 Burpees
Swink Performance 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 -Snatch*
*Remember the movements you need 1 rep maxes for: -Back Sq. -Front Sq. -Clean -C&J -Strict Pr. -Push Pr. -Push Jerk -Snatch -Deadlift
If you are caught up on most of these lifts, then your workout is the snatch workout. If you need to knock some of these out, then do a few! Thursday will be the same format as well, where if you need to get some lifts, you’ll do the lifts instead of the workout. Phweew!
