Competition Tuesday is on.

Now, don’t forget your Squat Challenge. For the next week, we want you to sit at the bottom of a squat for 30 seconds, 5 times a day. Or, combo that in any way you’d like, like holding it for 2:30 (the sum of 5×:30seconds). Use any support you need, like leaning against a wall, for this week’s squats.

Skill/Practice: Double Unders

15:00 AMRAP 2, 4, 6, 8 reps of -Box Jumps -Pushups Then, -25 Double Unders or 75 Singles
