Back to a normal schedule!
We will be going over a few new shoulder things all this week, so please be there as much as possible. Also, we will be doing a new test set at the beginning of next week, so prepare for that.

Skill: Squat Cleans
For Reps: 10 Rounds of 1:00 on, 1:00 off of -Double Unders (odd rounds) -Squat Cleans (challenging weight) (even rounds)
