In the spirit of Regionals being this weekend, we are going to take a workout from it and give it to you guys. Excited?! Thought so!
The workout we are doing is a hero workout. “Randy” is what we are doing. But more on the man its for.
Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 7, 2008 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons’ wife and two children.
We do this workout to honor those who have gone before us, mainly to those who payed the ultimate price usually serving for our country or local community. We hope to see you all in to take part in this great workout.

Pullup Strength: 3 Sets of: -Max Pullup Hold -Max DB curls *immediately go from the hold to curls. Weight on the curls should be tough, allowing for no more than 15 reps. It should also not be so heavy that the back has to do a “back-bend” to get the weight up.
