Dont forget this week we are testing out a new class, “Project Booty” (ladies only).  The classes are this Wednesday and Friday from 9:30-10:30. Monday was a success, so come by and see what we have in store for you tomorrow!

***Todays workout is combined, giving Fundamentals a chance to see the Performance side of the programming. BUT PLEASE, understand you will and should modify where needed, especially if you’re coming to open gym!*** Swink Fundamentals & Performance 5×3 Clean and Jerk 3×10 Weighted Pullups -or- Negatives

5 Rounds for time: -8 Deadlifts (225/135) -16 Wall Balls -24 Pushups

Buy Out: 3 Rounds of -As long as possible L-Sit -15 Weighted Situps, as heavy as possible
