Swink Fundamentals & Performance -Shoulder Strength/Mobility

For Max Reps of each movement: -Pullups -Box Jumps (24/20) -Pushups -Wall Balls (20/14)

Each movement you will do 3 Rounds of 1:00 of work, :20 sec of rest.
