Sign ups begin today!  Also, there is only today and Wednesday left to register for the 5K early!  To register just click the link Rowdy Run 5K.

Did you know we will be running the warmup that morning for the 5K?  If anyone would like to assist in leading the warmup, just let us know at the gym. We need a few of you to help.

The challenge name is Swink Nutrition Challenge 1. Find it and join. Be ready for kick off on April 13th. There is also a video on there that we want you to watch. The link is here.

Paleo OMG. This is a great starter website and Juli, the creator, also has great cookbooks, OMG that’s Paleo, The Paleo Kitchen and her latest Paleo Cookbook.

Pintrest is always a great choice, just search paleo!

Make it Paleo cookbook.

These should get you started over the next week. Now, the plan is to plan ahead here. Go online, do some research and find meals and recipes that look appealing to you. Print them or pin them. Get everything you need to succeed this next week. If you need any help, please ask.

There will be a paper to sign up at the gym for the fitness challenge and for the nutrition challenge. It’ll be there all week and if you plan on doing either or both, please sign up. Also, later this week we will have a paper with the list of test workouts on it. Grab on and keep up with it as you’ll be able to track your progress with these.
