What. A. Monday! New back squat maxes, some actually learning their max and MAN DID YOU ALL GO OFF ON BURPEES! Congrats to you all. Can’t forget our Project Booty girls getting after it and our Swink Kids learning back squats as well. It was just an all around great way to start a week. Now it’s time for a little Competition Tuesday. We are going to have the most options on a Tuesday we’ve had thus far. Options meaning either modifications or scaling and then scaling up options. So, let’s get to it and you’ll see what we mean.
Competition Tuesday -Shoulder Mobility
Option #1: -5 Deficit HSPU -7 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95) -150m Run
Option #2: -7 HSPU (can modify) -9 Hang Squat Cleans or Front Squats (95/65) -150m Run
Option #3: -9 Deficit Pushups -10 Front Squats (75/55) -150m Run
Option #4: -10 Pushups -15 Air Squats -150m Run
The difference in options is modifications, that is all. Do not feel too proud doing an option someone next to you isn’t doing. This is just a way to push those who need a push and also give someone not as advanced to still get a tough workout.
