Finally, an event we have coming up is the Cinco de Beastmode online competition on May 9th. Is a Saturday and it is online similar to the Open we just did. 15:00 AMRAP 6-4-2 -Deadlift -250m Row between each round Deadlift weight is as follows: (165/115) or (135/85) Each successful round of 6-4-2, then you will add 20 lbs to the deadlift. Example: -165 -185 -205 -225 -245….etc
Pullup Strength: 3 Sets -Max Chinup Hold -20 Ring Rows, as tough as possible
