Strength:

-3×12 Barbell Curls

4 Sets of:

-7 Deadlifts @75-80%

-up to 45 sec static OH hold with DB, heavy

For Quality, but still go fast:

-50 Hip Extensions

-75 Double Unders

-25 OHS, tough weight, try for only 2 sets

-75 Double Unders

Core:

-2:00 side plank per side
