However, something you may see that is slightly different is the prescription of reps. Some workouts we will give a range of what weight and rep scheme to use, but it is up to you to choose the right number that will challenge you but won’t break you. You’ll see an example today in the workout.
Make sure you all remember your times and weight you used or got today. Those are crucial to your progression as we will retest those times and add weight to those lifts.
