Well everyone, 17.2 is behind us and we’re on to the next week, ready for whatever 17.3 has in store for us….which may be more dumbbells. Now on to today:

Swink Fundamentals

-Hip/Ankle Mobility

4 Sets, each For Time:

-500m Bike

-25 WallBalls, unbroken if possible

Rest as needed

Each round should be a sprint to get done, it should burn!

Strength:

-3×12 Bent Over Rows, heavy!

Core:

-3×15 GHD Situps
